After many years successfully building websites on the WordPress platform, we needed another way to build sites to better meet the needs of our SMB customers.
The fact is that, although WordPress is a great platform, it is inherently slower and more prone to hacking than a static HTML site. This lead us to look for a way to build static HTML sites that also allowed dynamic content.
We found it! and we know the new platform will excite/xSYTE(s) you as much as us!
In 2020 we proudly introduced our cloud based CMS Website Builder
That was a bit of a mouthful, but we finally found a good name for it xSYTES.
This new builder not only produces rocket fast websites, due to being hosted on Amazon Web Services, one of the fastest and most secure hosting platforms available, but it's also very intuitive to use. This makes it easier for clients to edit their own site.
As we have said many times, there are always pros and cons. And this is true here.
While the xSYTES sites are easy to edit, and load extremely fast, we do lose some flexibility to deliver some specialized functions that are possible with WordPress.
In our opinion though, for 90% or more of SMB websites xSYTES is an ideal solution.
